Stigma is an exhibition about what lies beneath the shiny surface. About the things we too rarely talk about. About how we really are.
It's a jewellery exhibition about mental health, both the good and the bad.
It's an exploration of what it's like to feel good and what it's like to feel bad.
How a seemingly perfect exterior can hide much larger truths. It's an appeal to take a minute, sit with your feelings, and really see. It's an attempt to remove the stigma surrounding mental health and remind us that every person, just like every piece of jewellery, has a story that deserves to be seen and heard.
